Phases: Initial need-finding, early-concepting, workshop, design selection, build-out
Project Length: Initial research and exploraiton exploration, 6 months. Build-out 3 months. Total project time 3 years.
Challenges: Finding the problem and creating concepts was fairly easy, the hard part was getting funding and buy-in from the right people.
